Received One Touch 4.5 with my refurbished Xerox DocuMate 3220 scanner and installed it on my Dell Inspiron laptop running Windows 8. I encountered many problems since. On recommendation of Xerox tech support, I downloaded One Touch version 4.6 and installed it. Half the time the One Touch interface does nothing and will not get the scanner to work. Is there a solution for this?
